Dawne Cohn

Dawne Cohn is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Dorilton, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this, Dawne held the role of Global Head of Human Resources at Starwood Capital Group from April 2015 to November 2023 and at Point72 Asset Management from March 2005 to April 2015. Earlier career experiences include working as a Compensation Manager at JP Morgan from July 1997 to March 2005 and as an HR Associate at AT&T Capital Corp from October 1994 to July 1997. Educational qualifications include a BA in Psychology and an MBA, both obtained from Rutgers University.
