Damyan Chanev

Damyan Chanev possesses extensive experience in IT management and cloud security, currently serving as Service Owner for Windows endpoints at dormakaba since December 2024. Previously, Damyan held the position of Cloud Security Engineer at Software AG from October 2022 to December 2024. A proven leader, Damyan established and managed a technical support team at Sutherland, where responsibilities included team performance evaluations from February 2019 to October 2022. As Service Delivery and Escalation Manager at DXC Technology, managed high-priority customer escalations and coordinated support activities between April 2017 and February 2019. Damyan also excelled as a Service Delivery Manager at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, overseeing IT infrastructure support and KPI achievements from February 2010 to April 2017. Early career experience includes various technical roles at Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company from 2001 to February 2010. Damyan holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Technical University of Sofia.
