Mirja Becker

Mirja Becker currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Senior Vice President of Group HR at dormakaba since September 2015, reporting directly to the CEO. Prior to this role, Mirja Becker held the position of Director of Group HR at DORMA International Holding GmbH from April 2011 to August 2015. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Manager for EMEA and Germany at AkzoNobel from August 2010 to April 2011, and as Department Manager of International HR at METRO AG from 2006 to 2010. Mirja Becker holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Ruhr University Bochum, obtained between October 2000 and March 2006.
