The Logistics and Operations team at Dorna Sports is responsible for the seamless coordination and management of logistics for all MotoGP events. This includes overseeing the transport of equipment and materials between races, ensuring timely delivery and setup for events, and collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize operational efficiency. Additionally, the team plays a critical role in facilitating communication and coordination among different teams to ensure successful event execution and delivery of live TV coverage.
