Led by the Medical Director and Responsible Officer, the team includes an In Patient Unit Manager, Specialist Palliative Care Nurse, and Clinical Administrator, ensuring high-quality medical, emotional, and practical support. Their goal is to offer comfort, reduce fear, and address both patient and family needs, allowing them more meaningful and peaceful experiences during life’s final stages.
