Essence Wiley is an accomplished journalist and fashion entrepreneur currently serving as an Editorial Fellow at Washingtonian Magazine and as a ColorComm NextGen HBCU Fellow. With a strong commitment to fostering diverse storytelling, Essence has successfully reinvigorated Cover 2 Cover Magazine as Editor In Chief, overseeing a robust editorial team and publishing regular content. As a Staff Writer for The Hilltop, Essence contributes insightful coverage of the fashion industry and campus events, while also leading the fashion brand Eboni by Essence. Previous experiences include a Network Booking Internship at CNN and various leadership roles in student organizations at Howard University. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a Spanish minor, Essence demonstrates expertise in editorial management and fashion communications.
