Nicole Raelyn

Nicole Raelyn is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources roles. Currently serving as HR Manager at Dotson Iron Castings since December 2015, Nicole has demonstrated expertise in recruiting, employee relations, and benefits administration. Previous experience includes an HR Generalist role and an HR Intern position at AgStar Financial Services, where responsibilities involved coordinating interviews and conducting reference checks. Nicole began their career as a Direct Support Professional at Habilitative Systems Inc.
