Melisha Y. Plummer

Melisha Y. Plummer, Ed.D., is a seasoned educational leader with extensive experience in various capacities within the education sector. Since August 2014, Melisha has served as an Assistant Principal and previously as an Instructional Coach at Atlanta Public Schools. Additionally, Melisha has been the Owner and President of Raising The Grade Education and Consulting Services since August 2008, providing education consulting services. Prior to these roles, Melisha worked as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Phoenix from March 2008 to June 2019 and as an Academic Instructional Coach and English/Language Arts Educator in the DeKalb County School District from June 2003 to July 2014. Melisha holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary English Education, a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration, and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration.
