Tuck Tucker

Tuck Tucker is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in leadership roles across various companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Dover Food Retail since February 2024, Tuck also contributes as a member of the Board of Directors for Dapco, LLC. Previously, Tuck held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at AllianceRx Walgreens Pharmacy from October 2018 to June 2023 and served multiple roles at Dover Corporation, including Vice President of Human Resources for both Dover Refrigeration & Food Equipment and Dover Energy. Tuck's career also includes significant roles at Datamax-O’Neil Corporation and Apex Tool Group, with a solid foundation in talent management and strategic staffing established during earlier tenures at Danaher Tool Group. Tuck earned a Master of Science degree from Clemson University between 1989 and 1993.
