Al Baraa abu Hawili

Al Baraa Abu Hawili currently serves as the Chair of the Houston Tahirih Young Professional Network at the Tahirih Justice Center since February 2023 and as a Change Management and Adoption Services Specialist at Dow starting June 2022. Previous experience includes roles as Training and Compliance Manager at Speech For Life Therapy Center and Applied Behavior Therapy For Life, where responsibilities included directing technology projects, staff training, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Al Baraa was also the Executive Director at The Kindle School, managing employee onboarding, financial forecasting, and compliance. Additional experience includes positions in office management, education, and customer service across various organizations. Al Baraa holds a PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from Liberty University, a Master's degree in Psychology from Houston Christian University, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting with a minor in Psychology from Lebanese American University.
