Kris Nord

Kris Nord is an experienced Learning and Development professional currently serving as a Senior Learning Manager at Dow since May 2014, leading global skills culture transformation initiatives for the Manufacturing & Engineering function. Kris manages a team of education experts to develop skill development programs that enhance speed to competence. Previous roles include Learning Manager at Dow, Learning and Human Performance Consultant on assignment to Dow, and Sr. Manager of Learning & Development at Family Dollar, where responsibilities encompassed team management and the creation of learning solutions for a large workforce. Kris's career began at Kmart Corporation, progressing through various training and organizational development roles.
