Santosh Bawiskar

Santosh Bawiskar is an accomplished professional in the field of polymer engineering, holding a PhD and MS from The University of Akron, along with an MBA from PennWest Clarion. Santosh has extensive experience in research and development, holding various titles at Dow since May 2011, including R&D/TS&D Fellow, Principal Research Scientist, Lead R&D Manager, and Research Scientist. Prior to this, Santosh served as Manufacturing Technology Manager and Engineering Services Manager at GLS Corp / PolyOne from 2001 to 2011, and as Senior Material Development Engineer at Johnson Rubber Company from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, Santosh has been an active TPE SIG Board Member for the Society of Plastics Engineers since July 2019.
