Thanjira W. Farrington

Thanjira joined Dowling & Yahnke Wealth Advisors in 2022. She holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certifications. Thanjira earned her Master of Science in Accountancy and Bachelor of Accountancy degrees from the University of San Diego. As an Associate Advisor, she supports Lead Advisors with unique client inquires and researches various projects to enhance the client experience as well as firm growth.

Prior to joining Dowling & Yahnke, Thanjira spent eight years in the financial services industry in various capacities. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLC, a global accounting firm. She later transitioned to corporate accounting at Viasat, Inc, a public telecommunications company. More recently, she was a financial advisor at a San Diego-based independent advisory firm, while providing tax and accounting services for clients and their corporations.
