Justin Winckel

Justin Winckel possesses extensive experience in operations and project management within the building technology and automation sectors. Currently serving as Head of Operations at Doxel since January 2019, Justin previously held the roles of Sr. Executive/Head of VDC at Siemens Building Technologies and Sr. Service Account Executive, where key service accounts were developed in diverse markets, including Amazon and Pacific Gas & Electric Company. At Pacific Coast Trane, Justin managed the execution of building automation and mechanical retrofit projects, and as MEP Coordinator at Hathaway Dinwiddie, oversaw the performance of various contractors while managing BIM coordination. Justin's career started as a Senior Systems Specialist at Siemens Building Technologies, focusing on designing and engineering mechanical systems. Educationally, Justin completed advanced training at Navy Nuclear Power School and Naval Nuclear Machinist’s Mate School.
