Saskia Schoonebeek

Saskia Schoonebeek is an experienced Community Manager and Lead Community Manager currently leading the DPG Special Interest Media Community team at DPG Media Nederland since May 2023. Previously, Saskia has held the role of Community Manager for Tweakers since February 2020, where responsibilities included developing long-term community strategies, managing a team of around 85 volunteers, and organizing in-person events. Prior experience includes serving as Community Manager at Iceberg Interactive from December 2015 to February 2020, where tasks encompassed social media management, community strategy development, and event planning. Saskia has a Bachelor of Interaction Design from HKU and a Master of Arts in Creative Design for Digital Cultures from The Open University, along with additional educational experiences in photography and fine arts. Additionally, Saskia is an artist under the name Saskia Juliette since January 2013.
