Shubham Maheshwari

Shubham Maheshwari is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member at InnovaFlex Foundry and MeVis Medical Solutions AG since 2023 and 2020 respectively, Shubham also holds the position of CFO & Senior Vice President of Business Development at Varex Imaging Corporation since 2020. Previously, Shubham served as CFO & COO at Veeco Instruments, CFO at OnCore Manufacturing Services, and held senior finance roles at Spansion, KLA-Tencor, and American Airlines. Shubham holds an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
