Maria Tunnissen

Maria Tunnissen, SHRM-CP, PHR, currently serves as the US HR Business Partner at DPS Group Global since July 2019, where responsibilities include supporting senior leaders and management across multiple offices, focusing on employee engagement, workforce planning, and culture initiatives. Previously, Tunnissen held the position of Sr HR Business Partner at Public Consulting Group from December 2015 to July 2019, managing workforce planning and employee relations while developing diversity and inclusion programs. Additional experience includes serving as Senior HR Business Partner at SS&C Technologies, HR Business Partner at Dell EMC, where comprehensive HR support was provided to over 600 employees, and positions as Benefits Specialist at HR Logic and HR Analyst at Accenture. Tunnissen is also trained as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
