Somya Satsangi

Ms. Somya Satsangi, aged about 49 years, is an Independent Director on our Board and has been associated with our Company since February, 2019. She is currently the Chairperson of our Risk Management Committee. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She has also completed courses in Corporate Finance (Mergers and Acquisitions) at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and Change Management Strategy at London Business School.

She has about 27 years of rich experience in business consulting and IT industry having worked with Amrop lndia, CA Technologies, TCS and Arthur Andersen across Europe, lndia and the US in varied senior management roles encompassing Business Development, Strategy and Operations. She has also advised start-ups, mentoring founders to evolve business models.
