Dr. Venkat R Naidu

Dr. Venkat R Naidu is an experienced pharmaceutical professional with extensive expertise in research and development. Currently serving as Executive Vice President for R&D at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Dr. Naidu is responsible for overseeing various functions including formulation development, analytical development, regulatory functions, project management, process development, and manufacturing support. Previous roles include Vice President of R&D at Intas Pharmaceuticals, Associate Vice President at Wockhardt Research Centre, and General Manager of Formulation Development at Jubilant Life Sciences, where contributions included heading formulation development and global technology transfer. Dr. Naidu began the career as a Senior Scientist at Micro Labs Ltd, focusing on the development of oral generic pharmaceutical dosage forms.
