Saurav Kumar

Saurav Kumar is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in various industries, currently serving as the Head HR for the Integrated Product Development Organisation at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories since August 2018. Previously, Saurav led the People agenda for the Global Manufacturing Organisation at Dr. Reddy's and held senior HR positions at Avery Dennison and PepsiCo India, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions across multiple countries and spearheading Total Rewards activities. Saurav began their career in HR with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and further developed expertise at ITC Limited and Lufthansa Technik AG, where significant contributions included establishing HR frameworks and managing organizational transformations. Saurav holds a PGDPM&IR in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture from Banaras Hindu University.
