Thys de Beer

Thys de Beer is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as Program Manager at DRA Global since April 2006, Thys has progressed through various roles including Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, Project Engineer, and Mechanical Engineer. Prior to joining DRA Global, Thys held the position of Section Engineer at Highveld Steel and Vanadium Corporation from 2005 to 2006. Thys holds a Master of Engineering in Project Management from the University of Johannesburg (2005-2008) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from North West University (2000-2004). Additionally, Thys is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute.
