Nuridha Citra

Nuridha Citra is an experienced Human Resources Executive at Dreambox Marketing Consultant since May 2021, responsible for managing the employee database, conducting talent acquisition, overseeing compensation and benefits, and providing internal counseling to support employee growth. Nuridha also develops organizational structures through updates to job descriptions, establishes formal workflow guidelines, and enhances company culture via engaging internal events. Previously, Nuridha served as a Human Resources Officer at Haier Sales Indonesia from July 2018 to September 2019. Nuridha holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Diponegoro University, completed in 2017.
