Before joining the firm in 2020, Kristin spent more than 25 years practicing law at high levels of Georgia state government. She spent most of that time as an Administrative Law Judge, where she presided over a bustling and varied docket of administrative litigation between state agencies and affected individuals. During her career as an ALJ, she served on the Board of Governors and as the treasurer of the National Association of Administrative Law Judiciary. Kristin has also held positions as the General Counsel for the Georgia Department of Public Health and an Assistant Attorney General. Kristin received her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1995, where she served as the Executive Editor of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law.
