Samantha DiPolito is a Senior Associate in Drew Eckl & Farmham’s Brunswick office. She primarily focuses her practice in General Liability and Civil Litigation.
Samantha received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, from Auburn University. She then attended Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor, graduating in the top 10% of her class. During her time in law school, Samantha was a member of the Law Review, served on the Moot Court Board, and was a Moot Court Student Coach. She was also selected for the Order of Barristers, the Brainerd Currie Honor Society, and received the CALI Award for Highest Grade in Legal Writing II and Disability Law. She also authored two articles that were chosen for publication in the Mercer Law Review.
Following law school, Samantha worked as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Lisa Godbey Wood, of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia. Afterwards, she worked in litigation, real estate, products liability, and trademark infringement matters in the Atlanta and Brunswick areas.
Samantha has served as the Attorney Admissions Coordinator for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia since 2013. She previously served as an Ambassador for the Brunswick Glynn Chamber of Commerce and graduated from Leadership Glynn County in 2014. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Glynn Community Crisis Center/Amity House and the Junior League of the Golden Isles.
