Kyle Gibbs is an accomplished food and beverage professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple hotel and restaurant organizations. Currently serving as the Complex Director of Food and Beverage at Driftwood Hospitality Management since July 2022, Kyle previously founded Eatdrink512 Consulting and worked as the Contract Director of Food and Beverage for Dimension Development. Earlier roles include Directorships at Prism Hotels & Resorts and Omni Hotels & Resorts, where tenure spanned over a decade. Kyle's culinary journey began at the Louisiana Culinary Institute, leading to positions as Executive Chef and Sous Chef at notable establishments, including Hilton Hotels & Resorts and On the Half Shell.
