Julie Reddington

Julie Reddington is an experienced human resources leader with over 16 years of expertise in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Support/Shared Services at DriveTime since June 2022, Julie oversees HR leadership for over 4000 employees across multiple companies including DriveTime, Bridgecrest, and SilverRock. Prior to this role, Julie held the position of Human Resources Director at First Solar from January 2011 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing global talent processes for over 5000 associates. Earlier in Julie's career, as a Human Resources Manager at Jacobs Engineering, consultation was provided to senior leadership to establish effective HR policies and foster a positive work culture for more than 300 employees. Julie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
