Jason Leblanc

Jason LeBlanc is a legal professional with a strong background in technology transactions, privacy, and intellectual property. Currently serving as Commercial Counsel at Dropbox since February 2023, Jason has gained extensive experience through previous roles as an Associate at Perkins Coie LLP and Debevoise & Plimpton. Jason began a legal career with a focus on corporate matters during a summer associate position at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP and later provided pro-bono services as a Student Attorney at the Transactional Law Clinics of Harvard Law School. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, with honors, from the University of Central Florida.
