Joelle Tanguy

Joelle Tanguy is a seasoned leader in global health and humanitarian efforts with extensive experience in high-level positions at various esteemed organizations. Currently serving as the Director of External Affairs and Executive Team Member at the Drugs for Neglected Diseases initiative since October 2018, Joelle focuses on fostering strategies for sustainability, policy advocacy, and strategic partnerships to combat neglected diseases. Joelle's previous roles include Board Member at the Access to Medicine Foundation, Director of Strategic Partnerships at UN Women, Under Secretary General at the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, and Managing Director at GAVI, the Vaccine Alliance.
