Nilo Ramos

Nilo Ramos, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Drum Workshop, Inc. (DW Drums) since November 2016, overseeing financial and strategic planning, accounting, human resources, IT, and intellectual property functions. Previously, Nilo founded The Ramos Group, a management consulting firm, and held the position of Interim CFO at Neff Headwear, where significant financial turnarounds were achieved. Nilo's extensive experience includes roles as Vice President & CFO at Parisa Lingerie & Swim, CFO at JD Power and Associates, Sr. Director of Finance at S&P Global, Director of Corporate Planning & Analysis at Lionbridge, Controller at RELXgroup, and Associate Manager at Prudential Insurance Co. Nilo holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Economics and Political Science from Rutgers University.
