Allen Kropp

Allen Kropp serves as an Attorney at Drummond Woodsum since September 2016, specializing in civil rights, special education, and disability law. Allen works extensively with educational institutions addressing various disability issues under IDEA, Section 504, and the Americans with Disabilities Act, along with sexual harassment and gender discrimination matters under Title IX, and race, color, or national origin issues under Title VI of the Civil Rights Act. Prior to this role, Allen was Deputy Chief Attorney at the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights from October 2005 to August 2016. Allen holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from The George Washington University Law School and a B.S. in Mathematics from Bates College.
