Melanie Debenedetti

Melanie DeBenedetti is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in total rewards and HR operations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Total Rewards at Druva since September 2018, Melanie has held multiple significant roles including Chief of Staff and Director of HR. Prior to Druva, tenure includes positions at Power Integrations as HR Operations Manager and Business Partner, as well as senior roles at Vocera and Vendavo managing compensation programs and benefits administration. Melanie's career began at Aruba Networks, where contributions spanned various HR roles, including successful HRIS implementations and compliance management. Melanie holds a degree in Sociology from UC Santa Barbara.
