Debby van Kester

Debby van Kester is an experienced HRM advisor currently serving as an Adviseur HRM at Moore DRV since October 2024, after transitioning from Ruitenburg adviseurs & accountants where Debby held the same role from December 2020 to October 2024. Prior to this, Debby worked as an Interim HR Talent at Masters in Finance, IT & HR, providing temporary HR support from April to November 2020. Debby's career includes roles as a Flex Consultant at FINTREX BV, and experiences as a management support intern and graduation intern at Inno-Agro, as well as HR Advice & Policy graduation intern at Gemeente Rotterdam, focusing on age diversity in teams. Debby began professional development with an assistant account manager role at ING. Debby holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a focus on HR Management and Change from Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
