Natalie Condon

Natalie Condon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT service delivery and management. Currently serving as the Director of IT Service Delivery at DS Smith since September 2023, Natalie previously held the position of Service Delivery Director at Capgemini from March 2016 to May 2023, where responsibility included overseeing P&L, delivery, and client relationships within a matrix delivery organization. Additional experience includes roles such as Head of Service at Vodafone, where leadership focused on continuous improvement and client satisfaction, and Senior Service Delivery Manager at Cable & Wireless, accountable for the overall service relationship. Natalie also served in consultancy and technical performance roles, delivering complex solutions and analytical expertise to a global client base. Education was completed at St Michaels RC School from 1980 to 1999.
