Sadzida Kanlic

Sadzida Kanlic, MBA, is a seasoned project controller with extensive experience in budgeting, expenditure control, and risk assessment within significant construction and development projects. Currently serving as Project Controller at DSB since February 2023, Sadzida previously held a similar role at the Danish Institute for Human Rights, overseeing projects financed by various international organizations. With a strong foundation in financial analysis and loan operations developed during tenures at the Development Bank of Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sadzida has also contributed to project planning and coordination at the Ministry for Human Rights and Refugees. Holding an MBA from Texas A&M University-Commerce, a Certified Public Accountant designation, and a bachelor's degree in management with a focus on finance, Sadzida blends academic knowledge with practical expertise in the financial sector.
