Milena Vassileva

Milena Vassileva has significant experience in corporate governance and legal affairs. Currently serving as the Corporate Secretary at ExpressLife Insurance JSC, a member of OTP Group, since January 2019, Milena oversees regulatory compliance and corporate communication. Prior to this role, Milena was the Corporate Secretary at Societe Generale Insurance from April 2016 to January 2019, where responsibilities included managing corporate documentation and supporting the board of directors.
