Orlahn Fabien is currently an Information Security Intern at DSM Technology Consultants. In this role, Orlahn was responsible for addressing customer service inquiries quickly and accurately, reviewing account and service histories to identify trends and issues, and informing customers about billing procedures and processing payments.
