David Goodwins

David Goodwins is an accomplished professional in the fields of monitoring, evaluation, and learning, currently serving as Deputy Director and Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Adviser at DT Global since March 2022, while also holding the position of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Lead Adviser at Cardno International Development since January 2021. With a strong background that includes roles such as M&E Specialist for the Australian Sports Partnership Program at GHD and Senior Principal at Coffey International Development, David has provided leadership in various capacities, including strategic direction for international development projects in the Asia Pacific and operations management in the Philippines. David's extensive experience is complemented by a solid educational foundation, which includes a Postgraduate Certificate in Program Evaluation from the University of Melbourne and a Masters of Business and Technology from UNSW, among other qualifications.
