Karey Carson

Karey Carson is an accomplished professional in the fields of human resources and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as Chief People & Culture Officer and Senior Vice President at DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd. since August 2017. In addition, Karey has been a Board Member at Continental Currency Exchange and DUCA Impact Lab since 2018. Previous experience includes roles in human resources transformation at Ontario Public Service Executives and leadership positions at SCM Health Solutions, Travelers, and The Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company. Karey holds an Advanced Program in Human Resources Management from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management, an MHSc in Health Business Administration from the University of Toronto, and a BScOT in Occupational Therapy from Western University.
