Elmugtaba Bannaga

Elmugtaba Bannaga has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Legal Manager at Dubai Cable Company (DUCAB) since May 2016, overseeing the legal affairs of the group and its subsidiaries across multiple regions including the UAE and the UK. Responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide array of local and international contracts, as well as managing ethics and compliance through policy supervision and due diligence. Prior to this role, Elmugtaba worked as Legal Counsel at Bin Suwaidan Advocates & Legal Consultants, providing litigation services in civil, commercial, and criminal cases, and as a Lawyer at Karib & Medani Advocates, focusing on contract drafting and company registrations. Elmugtaba began legal career as a Court Clerk at The Constitutional Court, where responsibilities included typing judgments and legal research. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in International Relations and a Master of Science in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, alongside a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Khartoum.
