Ben Southgate

Ben Southgate is an experienced professional currently serving as an Account Executive at Duda since October 2023. Previously, Ben founded mojo.careers, a recruitment technology platform focused on matching graduates with jobs through psychometric assessments, successfully bootstrapping and scaling the business while overseeing strategy, operations, and product development from January 2021 to September 2023. Prior to this, Ben worked in finance at NetApp, where financial analysis and reporting supported strategic decisions, and collaborated with the sales team to develop financial models for large enterprise deals from June 2017 to August 2018. Ben also gained experience in customer service and sales at Regus between 2014 and 2015. Ben holds a degree in International Business and Finance from the University of Sussex, earned from 2015 to 2019, and attended The Windsor Boys' School from 2009 to 2014.
