Mercedes Chatfield-Taylor is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Artico Search, an AI-driven executive search firm established in August 2021. With extensive experience in venture capital and private equity, Mercedes held the position of Managing Partner and Practice Lead at The Caldwell Partners from March 2010 to August 2021. Previous roles include Partner at Heidrick & Struggles, Highland Partners, and President at iCOM Consultants, Inc. Additionally, Mercedes serves as a Limited Partner at multiple investment firms and an Investor at Insight Partners. Mercedes earned a BA in Business Communications and a BFA in Graphic Design from Boston University.
