Patrick Keal

Patrick Keal currently serves as State Government Affairs Director at Duke Energy Corporation, a position held since December 2016, where responsibilities include lobbying and relationship-building within the federal government on energy matters. In addition to this role, Patrick has contributed to Phi Kappa Tau Fraternity as Chairman of the Kappa Chapter Board of Governors, guiding chapter operations and engaging alumni volunteers. Previous positions include Government Affairs Director for a private corporation, where energy-related lobbying and standard development were key focuses, and various leadership roles in civic engagement organizations, including President of Kentucky Advocates for Civic Education and Director of Civic Engagement for the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Patrick holds a B.S. in Organizational Communications from the University of Kentucky.
