Cody Weyhrich

Cody Weyhrich, Ph.D, is currently a Postdoctoral Associate at Duke University in the Professor Matthew L. Becker Research Group since July 2023, and also serves as a Senior Researcher at Precise Polymer, LLC, a materials and additive manufacturing startup focused on high-performance polyimides. Previously, Cody worked as a Chemistry PhD Candidate at Arizona State University, contributing to the design and synthesis of novel poly(imide) precursors, and had an internship at Meta where innovative polymer processing methods were developed, resulting in significant efficiency improvements. Earlier educational experiences included roles at Virginia Tech as a PhD Candidate and Master's student, and an undergraduate researcher at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where research on microorganisms was conducted alongside responsibilities as a Resident Advisor and Undergraduate Teaching Assistant.
