Susan Worthington

Susan Worthington is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Since December 2013, Susan has served as the Head of HR at Dulwich College in Singapore. Previous positions include HR Manager at Cambridge Cognition Plc, Senior HR Adviser at BELL Educational Trust Limited, HR Business Partner at the Royal College of Surgeons of England, and Recruitment Manager at the Central Services Agency in Northern Ireland. Susan holds a Professional HR qualification from CIPD and is a Chartered Member of the CIPD (MCIPD). Educational credentials also include a Bachelor of Teaching in Education (Japanese) from CQUniversity and 'A' levels from Emmaus College in Rockhampton, Australia.
