Donagh Tierney

Donagh Tierney has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving in dual roles at XpertSea as Talent & HR and as a Consultant for Dynamic Talent Management Inc. Previously, Donagh held various senior positions at Scotiabank, including Vice President of Leadership & Talent Management, where responsibilities included managing talent strategies for approximately 600 executive officers globally, and overseeing senior management development programs for a broader population. Additional roles at Scotiabank included HR leadership for Digital Banking and Corporate Functions, as well as international HR management in wealth management and M&A integrations. Prior to Scotiabank, Donagh was an HR Principal at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, designing HR transition programs for major global projects, and held positions at Workbrain and CIBC early in the career. Donagh holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and a Master's degree from Queen's University, with a focus on History and Industrial Relations.
