Crystal Tremble, MCP, CSPO, is a seasoned professional in project and program management, currently serving as the Key Account Manager for Eastern Canada at Dura-Line since April 2024. Previously, Crystal spent nearly two decades at TELUS, where roles included Sr. Program Manager, Sr. Project Manager, Manager of Information Services, and Technology Consultant. In these positions, Crystal managed the strategic roadmap for enterprise applications, led complex projects for mission-critical operations, and drove successful contact center transformation projects across diverse sectors. Crystal's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Law from Carleton University and multiple master certificates in project management from Durham College, alongside various technical qualifications.
