Kim Willard

Kim Willard possesses over 16 years of experience in human resources management across multiple companies. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager for Dura-Line since March 2020, Kim's previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Tyler Pipe from March 2014 to March 2020, and Human Resources Manager at Merrill Iron & Steel from November 2007 to December 2014. Earlier in the career, Kim was the Assistant Director of the Indirect Channel at Sprint Nextel, overseeing sales associates and performance metrics for indirect sales across several states.
