Rui Meleiro

Rui Meleiro is a highly experienced professional with a strong background in transformation and strategy. Currently serving as Senior Director of Services and Digital and Director of Business Excellence and Strategy at Dura-Line, Rui has been leading significant organizational changes since January 2020. Prior roles include Senior Project Manager for Corporate Development at Hilti Group, where growth and transformation projects were driven for senior leadership. Rui co-founded Metis.Finance, acting as CFO for small and medium enterprises, and served as Project Leader and Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group, providing expertise in shareholder value enhancement across North America, Europe, and Africa. Earlier positions include System Architect at Nokia Siemens Networks and Teaching Assistant at Universidade de Coimbra. Rui holds an MBA from INSEAD, a PhD in Physics from Universidade de Aveiro, a BSc in Engineering Physics from Universidade de Coimbra, and a Laurea Specialistica in Physics from Università di Trento.
