Amanda Cruz

Amanda Cruz is an experienced educator currently serving as a Permanent French Teacher at Durham Catholic District School Board since May 2019, where responsibilities include teaching Core French to Junior and Intermediate Grades and developing engaging programs for over 170 students. Amanda has demonstrated expertise in creating interactive learning environments, utilizing the Ontario Curriculum and CEFR standards, and collaborating with fellow educators. Previous roles encompass French Immersion teaching, tutoring in French, English, and Math, as well as content and curriculum development. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Education in French/English from Tyndale University College and a Bachelor of Arts in French Language from the University of Toronto.
