Dusit Thani Public Company Limited is a Thailand-based company engaged in the provision of hospitality services. The Company operates four business segments: hotels business segment, which is the operation of hotels under the brand name of Dusit Thani, dusitD2, Dusit Princess, Dusit Devarana and Dusit Residence; hotels business under Dusit Thani Freehold and Leasehold Property Fund (DTCPF) segment, which is the investment in hotels, such as Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket and dusitD2 Chiang Mai; education business segment, which is the operation of Dusit Thani College, and other businesses segment, such as spa business under the brand name of Devarana Spa. The Company owns and manages the hotels locally including Dusit Thani Bangkok, Dusit Thani Pattaya, Dusit Island Resort Chiang Rai, dusitD2 Baraquda Pattaya and dusitD2 Khao Yai. It also manages overseas hotel, which is Dusit Thani Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates.
